POTICON ESD PPS semiconductor transfer trays take advantage of the antistatic performance of POTICON ESD PPS. The tray shape, which is prone to warping, is flat with high dimensional accuracy.

A model for mechanism study using PLA filament, G-ZERO is also suitable for rapid prototyping of movable parts because of its fast and accurate modeling capability even with general-purpose materials.

The output is tough and accurate, with excellent dimensional accuracy, even for small shapes, This makes it possible to produce original gears that are not available on the shelf.

Even delicate shapes such as eyeglasses can be produced with high accuracy. The G-ZERO is safer than light modeling because it does not use solvents, making it suitable for in-office modeling studies.

The characteristics of POTICON HARD PPS are utilized to achieve the high positioning accuracy and durability required for laser engraving fixtures.

Quickly produce high-quality jigs and fixtures that increase production efficiency. This jig was made in 6 minutes.

Even complex topology-optimized shapes that are difficult to model with injection molding can be output with strength and precision.

The vanishing model, which is generally made with a mold, is replaced by a resin modeling material output by G-ZERO. Mold- making costs are reduced, and strength and ease of handling improve.

G-ZERO printed it using resin containing carbon fiber. The high dimensional accuracy of the printing process ensures a precise fit, making parts suitable for use in mass production.

POTICON FLEX PA12 is used to create impact-resistant drone frames. The frame structure, which is thin, difficult to shape, has many openings, is output with a high degree of accuracy.

Taking advantage of the large molding area of the G-ZERO L1, a variety of parts, including mechanisms and exteriors, can be molded at once. The reduced setup time significantly shortens the actual lead time.
