The highly rigid frame made with the metal processing technology of a local factory can maintain its high modeling accuracy without distortion even after repeated high-speed modeling.

The lightweight tool head reduces the load on the frame and enables precise drawing with less blurring. It is made of resin parts printed by G-ZERO itself to reduce weight; demonstrating the product's molding quality, dimensional accuracy, and durability.

The combination of a robust body, lightweight tool head, vibration-dampening technology, and automatic bed leveling allows the G-ZERO to produce high-precision parts quickly.


G-ZERO L1 / G-ZERO is operational not only from the main unit but also from a PC or tablet in the same LAN via a browser. You can monitor the temperature, speed, and video images during the creation process, so you don't have to stay in front of your 3D printer and wonder whether it is working correctly or not.


POTICON ESD PPS semiconductor transfer trays take advantage of antistatic performance from combining Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) with ultra-fine potassium titanate fibers (TISMO), designed for applications requiring high durability and dimensional stability. The tray shape, which is prone to warping, is flat with high dimensional accuracy.

A model for mechanism study using PLA filament, G-ZERO is also suitable for rapid prototyping of movable parts because of its fast and accurate modeling capability even with general-purpose materials.

The output is tough and accurate, with excellent dimensional accuracy, even for small shapes. This makes it possible to produce original gears that are not available on the shelf.

Even delicate shapes such as glasses can be output with high accuracy. Compared to light modeling, it does not use solvents and is safer, making it suitable for in-office modeling studies.

High-quality jigs and fixtures that increase production efficiency are quickly produced. This jig was produced in 6 minutes.

The vanishing model, which is generally made with a mold, is replaced by a resin modeling material output by G-ZERO. Mold making costs are reduced, and strength and ease of handling are also improved.

Printed by G-ZERO itself using resin containing carbon fiber. The high dimensional accuracy achieves a mating accuracy that allows it to be used as a mass-produced part.
